Please study these Terms & Conditions thoroughly prior to reserving professional services through visionmind.click. By booking an animator, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and all attendees.

1. Definitions

• Platform: The visionmind.click website owned by SparkAnimators Inc.
• Entertainer/Animator: Independent actors, magicians, or hosts vetted by us.
• Booking Contract: The personalized quote setting times, duration, deposit, and performer count.

2. Payment & Booking Formalities

A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in a date with a performer. Final billing balances must be paid within 2 days after the party has concluded, unless negotiated otherwise. All quotes are issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

3. Backup Entertainer Guarantee

If your assigned animator has an unexpected transit delay during transport, SparkAnimators will arrange a matched backup artist. Parents will be notified coordinate transitions, and if backup performance is impossible, a full 100% deposit refund is guaranteed.

4. Parent Liability and Safety Guidelines

• Parents or guardians must remain at the venue. The animator is not a babysitter.
• The customer must inform the performer about any potential child skin allergies before face-painting begins.
• Appropriate shade must be set up if the event is held outdoors during high-heat periods.

5. Applicable Law and Competent Court

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any disputes and unresolved issues will be overseen by the courts of Ontario, Canada.
